Collection: Riesling

We’ve been making Riesling since the beginning of Red Newt, and somehow it keeps giving us new questions to ask. We’ve made it bone dry and decidedly sweet, sparkling, late harvest and frozen on the vine. More importantly, we’ve watched the same grape behave very differently at Tango Oaks, Lahoma, Sawmill Creek and Glacier Ridge. After all these years, Riesling remains the clearest lens we have for looking at vineyard, vintage and the Finger Lakes itself.
