Red Newt Cellars has been at the leading edge of the Finger Lakes winery scene for almost 30 years. Founded in 1998, there is a long history of outstanding wines and pioneering spirit. Come and taste wines with origin and purpose. Experience sense of place and personality in the glass.
Bistro
The Bistro at Red Newt Cellars opened its doors in 1999. Founding chef Debra Whiting was a leader in the burgeoning farm to table scene. Today, we continue with a small menu of wine focused meals that offer tribute to the agricultural bounty of the Finger Lakes.

Come in from the cold, settle in by the wood stove, and enjoy a leisurely lunch in the heart of Finger Lakes wine country.
Our winter menu brings together familiar comfort food and the distinctive flavors of the Red Newt kitchen: signature grilled cheese sandwiches on house-made Anadama bread, smash burgers made with local Angus beef, homemade soups, crispy griddled mac & cheese, and grape-wood smoked pulled pork.
Pair your lunch with a glass of Red Newt wine, explore a flight, or choose something special from our cellar.
