Collection: All Whites

It’s hard to imagine a better place to make white wine than the Finger Lakes. Our cool climate gives us acidity almost for free; the challenge is figuring out what to do with it. Riesling has naturally been at the center of that exploration, but Pinot Gris, Gewürztraminer and other varieties have given us plenty to think about too. We love white wines with freshness and energy, but also texture, generosity and enough personality to make you want another glass.
