Collection: Sawmill Creek Vineyard

Sawmill Creek has taught us quite a bit about Riesling over the years. Its bright natural acidity gives us room to work with sweetness without losing freshness, which has led to some beautifully balanced wines from the North Block in particular. Perhaps the most interesting lesson has come with time: older Sawmill Creek Rieslings can become wonderfully complex while retaining the energy they had when they were young. That’s one of the reasons we keep bottles around.
