Collection: All Reds

Making red wine in the Finger Lakes is different. We don’t have the heat to make enormous wines—and, frankly, we’re not particularly interested in trying. What we can make are reds with beautiful fruit, savory character, lively acidity and a sense of transparency. Cabernet Franc has become especially compelling to us, but over the years Merlot, Pinot Noir and even Syrah have surprised us with just how much character they can develop here
