1. Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Red Newt website at rednewt.com and any purchases made through our online store. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Age Verification

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase alcohol from Red Newt. By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction and that the recipient of any shipment is also 21 or older. All deliveries require an adult signature. Red Newt reserves the right to cancel any order if we are unable to verify the purchaser's age.

3. Eligibility to Purchase

Wine shipments are subject to state and local laws. We can only ship to states where direct-to-consumer wine shipments are legally permitted. It is your responsibility to ensure that receiving wine shipments is legal in your state or locality. Orders placed to states where we are not licensed to ship will be cancelled and refunded.

4. Products and Pricing

We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, pricing, and availability at any time without notice. Prices are listed in US dollars and do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees, which will be calculated at checkout. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

5. Orders and Payment

By submitting an order, you authorize Red Newt to charge your payment method for the total amount including applicable taxes and shipping. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to eligible US states and select international destinations. Shipping rates are calculated based on order size and destination. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Someone 21 or older must be present to sign for delivery. Red Newt is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns and Refunds

8. Events and Experiences

Tickets and reservations for tastings, winemaker dinners, and other events are non-refundable but may be transferred to another guest with advance notice. Red Newt reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund or credit will be offered.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on rednewt.com — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Red Newt and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Red Newt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York.
