Hellbender

Once prolific in the Allegheny and Susquehanna river valleys of New York State, the Hellbender, a salamander some twenty inches in length, possesses startling looks but is of a good nature.

This Hellbender is meticulously vinted with exceptional Finger Lakes grapes and cannot be overlooked. This port-style wine is robust and full-bodied, showing red and dark fruits with great depth and complexity. It is a blend of Noiret, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot, fortified to bring the alcohol by volume to 19%.
