Viridescens is Red Newt's 'Winemakers' Reserve' Red Wine.  Where the Glacier Ridge Cabernet Franc or Merlot bottlings really accentuate the full and fleshy sides of both those grapes, Viridescens seeks more elegance, balance, and nuance that rewards careful cellaring and thoughtful drinking.

55% Merlot 45% Cabernet Franc

The Merlot and Cabernet Franc are exclusively Glacier Ridge Vineyards fruit, and highlight the delightful earthy and smoky characteristic of the site.
