2015 Cabernet Sauvignon - Hellbender Style - VP

Rather than blending the only two rows of Cabernet Sauvignon into our Merlot or Cabernet Franc from Glacier Ridge in 2015 we explored the idea of making the fruit into the tannin-rich 'vintage' style of port that rewards and requires aging.  Typical of this style, the wine shows sediment and tartrates and pigment, so decanting is a plus.
