The 2019  vintage was a great vintage in the Finger Lakes. Warm, dry days with cool nights, the diurnal shifts helped preserve our natural acid while allowing physiological ripeness to occur.

**2019 Dry Riesling**   This wine is showing lovely fruit, backed by an acid backbone that livens up the wine, allowing for great aging. Overnight skin contact with fermentation in tanks and neutral barrels. RS: 0.4%
