Our Menu

Chef Jeremy Personius has created a great menu with soups, salads, local potato fries and bistro made sauces, pastas, gyros, grilled cheese sandwiches, and panini.

artisanal cheeses, cured and prepared meats with whole-grain mustard, crostini, and trio of pickles

Spicy Tomato Cream Soup

Caesar Salad – local seasonal greens, vegetarian Caesar dressing, grated Parmesan and housemade croutons

House Salad – local seasonal greens, blueberry “leather”, pepitas, cider vinaigrette

Club Salad – local seasonal greens, smoked turkey, bacon, tomato, parmesan cheese, and French dressing

Potato Pancake – three potato pancakes with seasonal accompaniments

Spaghetti Marinara – housemade tomato sauce, herbs and Parmesan cheese (add meatballs)

Pasta Puttanesca – housemade tomato sauce, kalamata olives, spaghetti topped with Parmesan cheese

Griddled Mac and Cheese – rich, delicious, housemade, finished on the griddle

  • can be made gluten free upon request

  • add Pickled Jalapenos

Italian Panini – Salami and Ham with Mozzarella, and olive tapenade on a ciabatta roll

Caprese Panini – local tomato, mozzarella and arugula pesto on a ciabatta roll


FRENCH FRIES – House-made Fries, Trio of Sauces: Horseradish Cream, French Dressing, and Salsa Verde *gluten free

PICKLE CHIPS – Served with house-made horseradish cream *gluten free


Classic Grilled Cheese – NYS sharp cheddar, house made anadama bread

BLT – Bacon, local greens, tomato, horseradish cream, cheddar on sourdough rye.

The Bistro Patty Melt – local beef and pork patty with NYS cheddar with sliced pickles and whole grain mustard on house-made sourdough rye

Turkey Club – smoked turkey, bacon, tomato, local seasonal greens, cheddar and whole grain mustard on anadama bread

The Smoking Pig – Piggery ham and smoked gouda on sourdough rye bread with salsa verde

Smokin’ & Spicy Patty Melt – local beef and pork patty with smoked gouda with pickled jalapeños and chipotle ketchup on anadama bread


BBQ Pulled Pork – BBQ Pulled Pork on a brioche roll served with fries

Veggie Burger – House-made veggie patty topped with daily fixings on a brioche roll served with fries

GYRO WRAPS – local greens, tomato, pickled onions, greek olives, yogurt dressing, feta cheese
