2020 Cabernet Franc Glacier Ridge
What a vintage to be able to make Cabernet Franc. Lovely rich fruit of dark cheery and currant, balanced with striking smoke and earthiness which is typical of Glacier Ridge Vineyards. This wine will age nicely for years to come, but is certainly enjoyable now. We started with ideally ripe fruit, 100% whole cluster inclusion, after fermentation was complete the wine was transferred to older French oak barriques, and aged for roughly nine months before being bottled and allowed a few years before being released for sale.
