2019 Dry Riesling
Potentially the coolest vintage since 2009, the 2019 vintage was saved by some seriously great weather in early Fall (September—October), which created ideal conditions for flavor ripening. This wine is showing lovely fruit, backed by an acid backbone that livens up the wine and allows this vintage to be aged. Drink now or hang onto this bottling for about five years.
