2019 Amphibian
We would like to introduce to you the first bottling of Amphibian! This 2019 bottling contains an elegant blend of 69% Merlot, 27% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Cabernet Franc. 2019 was a fairly average growing year, however spring started late as winter lasted until late May, and the entire growing season was a bit cooler than typical. One of the great things about a cooler vintage is the beauty in the acid balance which helps to create a food friendly and elegant wine.
