The inaugural release from our newest winemaker, Christina Zapel. All crafted with minimal intervention, native yeast fermentation, and maximum attention to detail. All three are sourced entirely from Glacier Ridge Vineyards, on the southeast side of Seneca Lake.

2023 Merlot - Glacier Ridge - 10% Whole Cluster. 90 cases produced. It’s rare to see a Merlot in the Finger Lakes with this much power and structure, a credit to the Glacier Ridge Vineyard. Complex and full-bodied with juicy acidity. Firm structure with black raspberry, savory herbs, and full tannins. July 2025 - 94 pts
2023 Syrah - Glacier Ridge - Classic cool-climate Syrah, only 34 cases produced. Glacier Ridge Vineyard only produces 1 to 1.5 tons per year of Syrah. Rich and deep without being too heavy, we don’t anticipate this wine will be around for very long.
