Founding Winemaker, David Whiting, heads back to the kitchen for a true Winemaker’s Dinner! David will be selecting some of his favorite and classic dishes from the Red Newt Bistro for this evening’s menu. Lead Winemaker, Christina Zapel, will be joining David both in the kitchen and on the floor to prepare your dinner and lead you through a wine and food experience that you will not forget!
