Join us for an elegant evening this Valentine’s Day.

Four course dinner with optional wine pairings will be served 6pm – 8pm by reservation only.

Roasted beet pumpkin ravioli with sage butter and parmesan

Course 2
Pan seared salmon with sauteed local cranberry beans, mirepoix, and preserved lemon
Vegetarian option – grilled crispy polenta with sautéed beans

wine pairing: 2014 Dry Riesling – Bullhorn Creek Vineyard

Course 3
Seared pork tenderloin medallions in a molasses balsamic glaze over wilted collard greens with crispy shredded potatoes
Vegetarian option – marinated tofu with balsamic-molasses glaze, collard greens, crispy shredded potatoes

Course 4
Dark chocolate pate with creme anglaise and raspberry coulis

wine pairing: 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon – Hellbender style
