Buying wines on the Internet is a great opportunity to select great hard to find wines that may be unavailable in your area.

You may have heard of the recent supreme court decision that is changing the way that states may restrict wine sales in their states. Following prohibition, each state was given the task of making up its own laws regarding the production and sale of beverage alcohol. So, as you can imagine, there is a tangled web of legislation that is just now being straightened out.
Because of changing state laws, the list of states to which we can ship is ever-changing. And, just because it is legal to ship wine to a given location, we are not guaranteed that UPS or Fedex will agree to deliver there. But we are committed to making our best effort to ship wine to you wherever it is legal for us to do so. Once your order is submitted we will confirm our ability to ship to you. Only then will your credit card be charged. If we can not ship wine to you, you will receive a personal email from us letting you know. (Once in a while, the shipper decides after picking up the shipment that they will not deliver, and returns the wine to us. If this should happen, your credit card will be, of course, credited in full.)
