  Once prolific in the Allegheny and Susquehanna river valleys of New York State, the Hellbender, a salamander of some twenty-four inches in length, possesses startling looks but is of a good nature. 73 % Noiret, 20 % Syrah and 7 % Cabernet Franc.  As a port-style wine this Hellbender-Soiree is 20% Alcohol by Volume.
