• The recipient must be at least 21 years of age.
• Crú Member benefits are only valid as long as the membership is active.
• Membership will be inactive when the ability to charge a credit card has been terminated.
• Cancellation must be provided via email, standard mail, or direct phone conversation with Crú Manager after first shipment and at least 30 days prior to next shipment date.
• Changes to shipping or billing address must be made one month prior to next shipment date.
• All shipments are sent via UPS and require an adult signature at time of delivery. Tracking number will be provided at time of shipment.
• All shipments are sent on the second Tuesday of the following months: January, April, July, and October.
• Credit card is charged at the time of purchase for the first shipment. Re-orders will be charged to credit card one week prior to the next shipment date. The charge on the card is $75 + tax to pick-up and $90 + tax to ship.
• States that we are currently licensed to ship to: AK, CA, CO, D.C., FL, GA, IL, MD, MN, MO, NC, NH, NV,·NY, OH, TX.
• A shipping fee of $60.00 will be applied to orders sent to Alaska.
• Purchaser indicates a default delivery method at time of sign-up. The option to change is available up to one month prior to next shipment date.
• Orders are available to pick-up up to two weeks after the second Tuesday of each quarter. After two weeks, orders will be shipped via UPS at $15.00
