Traditional Tasting Room ~ Wine & Food Tasting Salon

Red Newt Cellars is one of the Finger Lakes' preeminant Riesling producers. Rieslings from our most popular "Circle" Riesling to a full lineup of single vinyard selections are produced at Red Newt. Elegant wines of Gewürztraminer and Pinot Gris are also a focus. In addition to these aromatic white wines, Red Newt produces a line of exquisite Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir wines from select vineyards in the Finger Lakes.

TastingSalon_topview_small The Tasting Room at Red Newt provides a traditional “stand up” tasting of Red Newt Cellars current wine releases. Each day, featured wines are offered for tasting. Tastings are available on a walk-in basis for groups of up to 12. Reservations are suggested for groups larger than four. Reservations are available online for 1-12 persons at http://rednewt.com/reserve. Tasting 10-5pm daily (11-5pm Sundays)

The Tasting Salon offers an elevated wine and food experience that pairs Red Newt wines that include library selections and special reserve wines with FLX local small bites that are innovative, creative and delicious. Your intimate, relaxed tasting experience will be guided by our salon sommelier. Experience the Finger Lakes at your table. Reservations are available online for 1-12 people at http://rednewt.com/reserve. Serving 12-3pm daily.

The Newt Crú: A Wine & Cheese Club

The Newt Crú is an exclusive wine & cheese club through Red Newt Cellars that showcases the seasonal bounty of the Finger Lakes. With a collaborative team of winemakers, chefs, and growers, it is this synergy between the expression of wine and cuisine that sets Red Newt apart. JOIN TO BECOME A CRÚ MEMBER

• The recipient must be at least 21 years of age.
• Crú Member benefits are only valid as long as the membership is active.
• Membership will be inactive when the ability to charge a credit card has been terminated.
• Cancellation must be provided via email, standard mail, or direct phone conversation with Crú Manager after first shipment and at least 30 days prior to next shipment date.
• Changes to shipping or billing address must be made one month prior to next shipment date.
• All shipments are sent via UPS and require an adult signature at time of delivery. Tracking number will be provided at time of shipment.
• All shipments are sent on the second Tuesday of the following months: January, April, July, and October.
• Credit card is charged at the time of purchase for the first shipment. Re-orders will be charged to credit card one week prior to the next shipment date. The charge on the card is $75 + tax to pick-up and $90 + tax to ship.
• States that we are currently licensed to ship to: AK, CA, CO, D.C., FL, GA, IL, MD, MN, MO, NC, NH, NV,·NY, OH, TX.
• A shipping fee of $60.00 will be applied to orders sent to Alaska.
• Purchaser indicates a default delivery method at time of sign-up. The option to change is available up to one month prior to next shipment date.
• Orders are available to pick-up up to two weeks after the second Tuesday of each quarter. After two weeks, orders will be shipped via UPS at $15.00

Gimme! Coffee, the Finger Lakes' premier coffee roaster, the Coffee Spot is the perfect place to relax and rejuvenate with an espresso, tea or wine-by-the-glass, or a light bite on our deck.

The Coffee Spot also serves an FLX cheese & charcuterie plate with our signature Salon salad and complimented by Red Newt wines by the glass. Walk in anytime to relax and enjoy!
