A dining experience exemplifying the synergy between food and wine. Executive Chef Debra Whiting pairs culinary delights with the wines of her husband and Winemaker David Whiting. There are four courses all paired with wine with the main course being served family style. The Winemaker joins the table for the meal giving you, the diner, the opportunity to ask all the questions that you have always wanted to have answered, about wine that is.
