More than just great wine makers, in your own Bob & Doug McKenzie way,
demonstrate what makes wine such a beautiful part of living and enjoying life.
Well done.

I paired your Rieslings with Tai, and then -believe it or not -
hot chicken wings as well. Amazing how, when paired with spicey heat, that
youthful acidity moves to the backround and the fruit shows forward and bright.
It's as if you get to taste the wine 6 or 9 months in the future.
