Isn't U-Tube wonderful. All the way from Florida I just met the Exec
Chef/co-owner of Red Newt and learnt a new recipe. I enjoy making Gnocchi but
have never paired it with Greens or Pumpkin, so that was very innovative. I hope
to visit soon and try some wines from the Finger Lakes Region!
