As you read on, you may begin to wonder what this is doing in a "winemaker's blog". Well, Those of you that know me are aware that I wear more than just one hat in this winery. In addition to being winemaker and husband to chef Debra Whiting, I also dabble in various sorts of business matters...including upgrading and maintaing our website.

The most recent addition is our new accomodations page. Yeah, I can hear you saying, "Wow, accomodations page. How exciting!" But really, check it out. What I've done is to use some really spiffy technogy from Google (And I am still believing Google's mantra of "Don't be evil.") to overlay over 70 B&B's and hotels on a map of the area around what I hope is to be your next destinations...Red Newt. When you look at the map, you can zoom in on streets and roads, view profiles and photos of every place, follow the links that you find most intriguing, get travel directions to any point, as well as exercise your broadband and see what we look like from space!! One of the coolest things is that there are several dozen of these B&B's right in our back yard. So please take a look! And please stop by some weekend soon.
