What is it that will make your Valentine's Day triply good? Chocolate, chocolate and chocolate, of course. This Valentine's Day I will be whipping up a great trio of chocolate desserts.
I'll start with a chocolate souffle -- light and delicate, yet rich
and intense. next comes a chocolate roulade with a espresso, chocolate
fleck mousse with creme anglaise. Then comes a white chocolate,
macadamia nut and dried cranberry bark. So why three for three? On your
plate this Valentine's Day you can find chocolate of three different
forms, three different ways.
I'll be plating this trio of desserts for you to enjoy in the Bistro
starting this Thursday. And as always, every dessert is made from
scratch, to order here at the bistro. So if this one does happen to be
