I can't believe how quickly time flies! It seems like we just closed for the season, but already we're in the third week of January - less than a month away from February 8th - and opening up again. Don't forget to make reservations early for the first weekend, as it's the Wine and Chocolate event here in the Finger Lakes and I expect that we will be hoppin'! For those Bed & Breakfast owners, our B&B mixer is scheduled for Wednesday, March 5th. After working with quite a few of you at the tail end of last season, I can't wait to put a face to a name. We have been working on a lot of new things for the season, one of which is an online reservation system. We recently purchased and are in the process of setting up the Guest Bridge online reservation system. This system is slick. Make online reservations and it automatically holds one of our tables for you. It is a real time reservation system! Also you can make special requests and add other information so we can fulfill all of your reservation needs. They're installing it soon, and I can't wait to start using it!
