Cookie Day!

Ahh Cookie Day...add a dozen crazy Red Newt employees, a couple of rounds of mimosas, 2 cups of flour and mix! What a blast! This annual event, hosted by Deb and Dave, may well turn out to be my favorite part of the Holiday season! So for those of you who wonder what the heck it is we do all winter while the Bistro is closed, now you know! But seriously, now that the Holidays are over, it is back to work. We have completley scoured the Bistro from top to bottom (which involved 3 days of steam cleaning the carpets..argh), and now the place shines like the top of the Chrysler Building! This week we start planning all of the special events for the year, so start watching for those dates and events to show up in my blog. I am especially looking forward to the addition of the Winemaker's Table - a new monthly dinner served with the Winemaker. We haven't quite covered all the details yet, but it sounds like it will be a really great time. I'll keep you posted!
